SFTP funktioniert nicht

Hi,

If the export itself goes well, but all files are not uploaded via FTP, this is probably the FTP issue. For more detailed information, you can check the logs of your FTP client and server. As Nicepage is not an FTP client, the app cannot detect the exact reason for the failed transfer.

Clarify please, does the HTML export to a folder or zip file go correctly? Have you tried to select another port or folder in the export options?

Das FTP-Problem habe ich sowohl am MacBook als auch am Mac. Als FTP-Verbindung und auch mit SFTP.
Welcher Pfad muss eingetragen werden? Der Pfad ab dem Root-Verzeichnis "/" oder vom html-Verzeichnis?

Unfortunately, we cannot say for sure what is wrong with your FTP connection. We can only confirm if you filled in all the fields in the export settings correctly or not. Could you please take a screenshot of your FTP data entered in the Nicepage application?

In the path field, you should specify the path of your site home directory (/home/example).

"In the path field, you should specify the path of your site home directory (/home/example)." Was betrachtet Nicepage als "Home" ? den Pfad ab "html/..." oder das Rootverzeichnis "/var/......../html/" ? Screenshot folgt.

It depends on the configuration of your FTP server. You can try to set both of these variants and check if they work or not. Please note that you should set a logical path, not a physical one.

Problem gelöst: die private DNS-Einstellung im Router hat das Problem ausgelöst. Ich habe die DNS-Einstellung im Router angepasst, nun funktioniert es ;-)
