In WordPress, the font color of widgets is typically influenced by the active theme's styles. If you do not want to change the font color of text with your theme, you can add custom CSS via Appearence> Customize> Additional CSS.

Das Theme ist Nicepage, und da kann ich die Einstelungen nur eigens für das Widget nicht verändern

Das Menue widget ist von Nicepage eingefügt und da sollte man auch die farben für das Widget verändern können.

The widget element in the Nicepage page only outputs your widget added in WordPress. The content of the widget is added in WordPress. The styles of the widget is influenced by your active site's theme. Do you have Nicepge theme installed as active?
