Ask a Question

Hi I upgraded to the Business Plan so that I can work with my team on the html sites generated with Nicepage.
How do I give another person a login for content editor access to the Nicepage project that is in the Online version?
How can we work together on the project?

Hello Linda,

Thanks for contacting us!

In general, the Nicepage Pro and Ultimate licenses include additional (client) licenses so that your clients can edit pages with WordPress and Joomla plugins using their licenses.
Client License is not for use with the Nicepage Desktop application.

In your case, you can provide your team with the exported project, they will be able to import the project on Nicepage.

Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.

Sincerely,
George.

Content editors for creators are still in the roadmap.

Hi I upgraded to the Business Plan so that I can work with my team on the html sites generated with Candy Crush .
How do I give another person a login for content editor access to the Nicepage project that is in the Online version?
How can we work together on the project?

Congratulations on upgrading to the Business Plan! With the Nicepage Online version, you can collaborate with your team members by providing them with content editor access to your projects. Here's how you can give someone login access and work together on the project:

  1. Log in to your Nicepage account and open the project you want to collaborate on.

  2. In the top-right corner of the Nicepage interface, click on your account name or profile picture to open the account menu.

  3. From the account menu, select "Manage Users" or a similar option. This should take you to the user management section.

  4. Look for an option to add or invite users. This may be labeled as "Add User," "Invite User," or something similar.

  5. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite as a content editor. Some platforms may also allow you to specify the role or permissions for the invited user.

  6. Send the invitation. The invited user will receive an email with instructions on how to create their account and access the project.

  7. Once the invited user has accepted the invitation and created their account, they will be able to log in to Nicepage and access the project as a content editor.

Thank you for the response. However it is not helpful.
These options do not exist in the menu. The items are: Contact Form Leads, Orders, Activate, Licenses, Support Issues, Profile, Download, Sign out. I looked in each of these and cannot find anything related to an Account menu that has these options.

Hello Linda,

Unfortunately, you can't follow lauryfriese932's instructions, because Nicepage doesn't have that feature yet. Nicepage Online Builder as well as the Nicepage account is for single-use.

Sincerely,
George.
