Nicepage Desktop App not starting

Hi, I wanted to start the Nicepage Desktop App on my Windows 11 PC. Unfortunately, it´s not starting. The only thing, what happens: yo can see the the word "Loading....".

I´ve disabled the Virus Protection, I made the restart of my PC. I even deleted the completed the Nicepage Desktop App and installed the newest version. Without access.

Even after waiting 10 minutes .... "Loading ....."

So I have to stop working .....
How can this problem be solved?

Reboot.
See if clicking the Nicepage logo on the top left of the screen helps when it says loading.

Hello Robert,

While Nicepage is loading, close any other programs that might be using significant resources, especially resource-intensive software like video editors or games.
Right-click the Nicepage Desktop App shortcut and select "Run as administrator." This can sometimes resolve permission issues preventing the app from launching properly.
Make sure you're using the latest version of Nicepage.

Hello Robert,

Please tell us - during the reinstallation of Nicepage did your computer run into any error? And did you completely delete the previous version?
* Please note that we HIGHLY RECOMMEND to backup of all project files before any changes are made to Nicepage!

I tried to start Nicepage as Administrator.
the window with "Loading ...." appears briefly and then closes immediately.

Hello Robert,

Please click the Nicepage icon during the Loading process and login into Nicepage after that.
It does work with Win 11.
Also, check your project's folder in the ...\Documents\Nicepage rename it, and reinstall the Nicepage Desktop app.
Please inform us about the results.

after uninstalling and reinstalling for the third time, I was able to start the desktop version using the Nicepage logo at the top. Does not exactly inspire confidence ....
