Ask a Question

I created a website. I actually have all the files and I have it up on AWS S3 but now when I open the Nicepage Mac Application it does not show the website as it was finished. Can I get the existing website back into the applications somehow? Why is it gone or not current?

What was the site built on?
If you built it on that Mac, the files should be there.
Documents\Nicepage should have the working folder (Site_##########).

I did build it on this mac. The files are here but only exported as HTML. Not sure why the application does not have the latest version of the website and see no way to get the HTML site back into the application

Only Project file backups can be imported.
Html exported files cannot.
Until support comes, what files are in the Documents\Nicepage folder?

Hello,

Nicepage templates folder saves your exported files. Export to HTML cannot be imported back into the application.

You can restore your deleted project in the application, see attached.

Anna.
