Adding editor to a page

I am having trouble adding an editor to a page. I looked through the instructions. After the person registers they still can't see my sites and the screen says they have 7 days of access. Here is the article I was referencing.

It looks like your clients are trying to use the Desktop or Online app. Please note that Client Licenses work only in the Nicepage plugin for WordPress and Joomla. Unfortunately, they are not for use with Nicepage Desktop and Online.
