Looks like you are using another account or you didn't sign in to your Nicepage account. Ensure to use the same account to use the premium features. Log in on the Nicepage website to your account with nsinfinityservices email address and open the Nicepage page to continue editing.

To move the project to the Nicepage Desktop app, you can use the export/import option from the Nicepage editor in WordPress to the Nicepage Desktop app.

shall i try uninstall nicepage plugin and re-install again. ?

another question , export option only for a specific block , but i am looing for whole page so that i can keep safe after completion.

What exact message do you see? Can you log on to Nicepage itself? Can you please provide a screenshot?

Unfortuantely, you can't export the whole page from WordPress, only by blocks. We would suggest you first design the website in the Nicepage app and then export the whole content and Theme.
