Ask a Question

I see lots of new support in version 6.x for going between desktop and online projects with export and import features. Wondering if any of this applies to a nicepage project that has been built or edited through the nicepage wordpress plug-in. Is there a way to export that project so it can be further edited in the Desktop App or imported into another website?

I see a similar question (copied below) was asked and answered a couple years ago, but wondering if this has changed with all of the new export / import and backup features. In general, one thing that still seems to be lacking is just an easy way to backup a Nicepage site that has been built with the NP wordpress plugin (on my own server, not the nicepage online servers). Should be a backup / restore (or import / export) feature as part of the Wordpress NicePage plug-in.

Hi,

The plug-in for the WP site is mostly for editing the final site in its location, but we'll consider adding the export option to it. I have added your request to our wishlist.

Hi, Jeff,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to export pages and themes from WordPress to Nicepage. Indeed, we have this feature on our wishlist, but its implementation depends not only on us but also on the technical possibilities of WordPress. However, we hope that it will be possible in the future.

So far, you can only export separate blocks from the Nicepage plugin and import them to the Desktop and Online app.

Let us know if you need our further help!
