I am truly sorry; I have subscribed for two years, thinking it could be helpful to me. However, my questions fall on deaf ears. As soon as I write and complain, I receive an apology message, but immediately after, when I present the problem, I only find silence. I believe the initial response is just an automated reply, and you don't actually have the ability to solve your customers' problems. I am seriously considering revoking my subscription due to the lack of implementation of the contract on your part. I am attempting to address a problem one last time; if a solution is not provided, I am forced to revoke the contract.
This my last question that no body answered:
Let's see if I can express step by step my issue, maybe I'll get an answer that could solve the problem. The software "Nicepage" automatically generates a markup schema. Is that correct? I understand that it's not possible to disable this function in Joomla. Is that correct?
So, if the answers are affirmative, a question arises: why doesn't the markup (of Nicepage) work correctly with the articles generated by Joomla?
Let me explain it better. If the Joomla-generated article includes "Full Article Image" through the "Images and Links" option in Joomla, then the Nicepage generates a syntax error in the script.
Excluding "Full Article Image," everything returns to normal.
Now, if I add my HTML page markup, I find myself with two sets of markup schemas in the page source.
Certainly, I must be doing something wrong. Because I believe the solution cannot be to exclude a convenient Joomla feature! There must be a solution, but what is it?
