Unfortunately, the answer is not clear and I was not able to fix the problem. Is there an expert I can seek help from?

1) Please copy the embed code from Youtube.
2) Open Nicepage
3) Add the HTML Element
4) Paste the code to the code field.
5) Publish or preview you site.

I tried this solution and once the video starts loading on the page, it freezes up the program and I have to use the task manager to close the program. Then when I reopen the site the video code is gone. I've tried several times and I get the same results every time!
It shouldn't be this difficult to add a video to a page!

Can you please provide your project.zip saved as a Project in Nicepage Desktop and specify where exactly your code was added so we can check the issue?
Also please let us know how you checked the added video and where it freezes.

this solved the youtube.com refused to connect

this works I have needed to remove the chevons to show the code
