Hello,

When placing the link for my site into Facebook there is no preview image coming up although there is a thumbnail added in Theme > Thumbnail.

A Facebook debug scrape doesn't work, even if I manually add the image in FTP and name as Facebook_Preview.jpg

Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

Hi,

I do not know how Discord takes the information to show the website shortcard. If it uses the same OG tags as all the other social networks, then you can fill these options under the Page Settings >> Social Share area.

Hi there! I tried to follow the instructions in the stockoverflow.com link that you shared but I am in a bit of a lost. I tried to add the meta tag under Site Settings -> HTML -> Meta Tags but I was not able to get my link to display a preview image on Facebook. Was I in the correct place?

Hi Victoria,

Site Settings -> HTML -> Meta Tags is the proper place for adding custom meta tags to the page HEAD section.
If you need to add og:image tag please add an image under the Page Settings >. Social Share >> Image.
