Only if your HTML website was initially created in the desktop version of Nicepage, then you will be able to export it as a Wordpress template. But as far as I know you will not be able to import and convert a HTML website.

Unfortunately, there is no possibility to create a WordPress theme from the existing HTML, please note that Nicepage provides a possibility to easily create a Theme with a Drag&Drop feature, also please check out our premade templates here to make your website building easier.
