I wish to add this google code to the root file or home page. I copy and paste from google search console, but how/where to I enter it on Nicepage desktop?

Hi, David,

In this field, you can add HTML codes only with the following HTML tags: style, base, link, meta, script, noscript. Please note that all HTML codes inserted in this field are added to the head section of a page.

Anyway, if you are going to insert a third-party code, you should primarily follow the instructions of the author of the code.
