As the 404 Not Found Template works only on CMS websites, you should create a 404 page in your Project, export the Project to HTML, and adjust your server to display this 404 page when a page is not found. Usually, it can be done in the following way: find or create the .htaccess file in the server folder, and add this line:
ErrorDocument 404 /404page.html
