Good morning,

I need to upload an xml file to the root of my website: <villaromanamadrid.nicepage.io> (Nicepage Hosting), and I can't find a way to access the FTP configuration of my site... any suggestions?

You cannot do that, and it is not allowed. Please consider using your hosting instead, if you require this functionality.
