Ask a Question

I would like to seek guidance on a matter related to the emails received from our website. Currently, when an email is generated through the website, it appears with the sender address "noreply@nicepage.io." Additionally, at the end of each email, there is a recurring message with the following URL: "https://nicepage.com/usert/Leads...ect."

I am interested in finding a solution to exclude both the sender address and the mentioned URL from the received emails. Could you please provide guidance on how to achieve this? Any assistance or suggested steps would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help. I look forward to your prompt response.

Best regards,

Emad,

If you use the Nicepage hosting and/or service to send emails, then it is not possible. If you host you HTML site, that you can use the Script option and control the sender, etc.
