Clarify please, do you mean that you want to receive submissions in a PDF file? If yes, unfortunately, there is no such feature in our contact form. I can only suggest using external scripts and third-party mail services that can have this possibility. You can integrate them to Nicepage with the help of the URL sending method: https://nicepage.com/doc/66444/send-email-to-url-or-custom-form-action
