How do I update the ecommerce templates in wordpress.

Customer needs to make changes to the template themselves.

Header updated but ecommerce templates are not updating. See attached.

Hi Debra,

The theme should be updated through the desktop application and exported as the Theme (without content) and uploaded to the site.

What happens if I sell a theme to a client and they need to make changes. Can't contact me to do this. Please advise. How do I create a child theme with Nicepage and do you recommmend using one. I have already update the them live in wordpress. If I upload a new theme won't if change all the live changes etc. that have been made?

When the header and footer is changed in wordpress. The header and footer templates on the ecommerce templates are not updating. Please could you correct this. Thank you.

Hi Debra,

What happens if I sell a theme to a client and they need to make changes. Can't contact me to do this.

There is no other way to change the theme on the whole site, only updating the theme from the desktop application.

I assume that you have edited the header and footer in the Nicepage plug-in on the site, this changes the header and footer only for the pages created with Nicepage. So all the pages like blogs, shop pages and other components' pages won't be using those settings, they will be using the Theme settings.

Hi Debra,

You can use the other theme, not the Nicepage theme on your site that your user would be able to edit on their own. Just use Nicepage plug-in as the content builder.
