Signature on form

It is possible to add only one signature field in a form, even if it is a multi-step form. As an alternative, you can use other form elements such as checkboxes and others.

Sorry I must not had explained myself fully. I need a signature box on each page of a multi page form but it doesnt seem to allow it

Yes, everything is correct. The signature field can be added only once to a form though it is a multi-step form. If you need two or more signature fields, you can only add new contact forms (not steps).
