Yes/No option in form

Hi I have added a checkbox to a form asking the user to answer a question with either Yes or no,
I need the default to be empty or asking to select and I only want 1 option to be chosen and stop both options being selected. I cant seem to find how to do it. Any suggestions? TIA

Hi Mark,
Thanks for choosing Nicepage!

You can use the radio button option in your Form, unfortunately, there is no possibility to leave both radio button options blank, but your user can choose only one option from the suggested one.
