It seems that you are using the Grid Repeater Element in which all elements inside cells are always the same. In your case, you should use the Grid Element that allows you to edit all cells independently.

I didnt know that and I used a template, now my whole page is completed and published, is there any way I can achieve this in Grid repeater?

Unfortunately, it is not possible. I can only suggest creating a new Grid and moving all elements from the original Grid Repeater to the new Grid.
