1. want to know if website can be accessed only as per assigned user or not?
It is not possible to add more users to Nicepage, because one subscription is intended for one person. However, with Pro or Ultimate, you can add Client licenses where the users will be able to edit Joomla and Wordpress pages. 2. how can we display data as per custom HTML and API call.
You can write your HTML inside an HTML element, and API call write in HTML inside <script> </script> tags.
