How can I recover? Was this intentional on your part or a bad bug? Or am I just confused. The folder doesn't seem to exist any longer.
Thank you
Bill

Hi, Bill,
We are sorry to hear that.
Could you please clarify if you lost your Projects right after updating the Desktop application? If yes, did you change anything in Preferences, for example, the Project folder? Do you see any Project folders in the Documents/Nicepage folder on your PC?
Please describe to us all your actions before this issue happened. Any additional information will be appreciated.

I allowed an update and I cannot find any local sites that I have created. It is only looking online, not my local machine. I did upgrade to a business license a while ago.
I don't have a nicepage file locally but I do have one in the nicepage/templates folder. This appears to contain sites that are online at nicepage.io I do have a nicepage/removed and nicepage/templates folder under documents
Nicepage only finds one online site promoting a solar business template
Looking at preferences nicepage appears to be looking C:\Users\admin\Documents\Nicepage\backups but there is no nicepage folder at this location
Do you have your Site_##### working folders inside Documents\Nicepage?
If so, change the preferences to Documents\Nicepage and reopen the app and see if that works.
my nicepage folder it only contains a backup folder.
Under nicepage/templates folder This appears to contain sites html sites that I have built in the past.
What would the name of the file be containing my projects that I created with the desktop app? Assume the site name would be pipe
Checking preferences nicepage appears to be looking in C:\Users\admin\Documents\Nicepage Templates\Nicepage but there is no nicepage folder under templates
I am just really frustrated I can't work on sites I built in the past
Do you have a Documents\Nicepage folder?
If so, what's inside?
Only the \backups folder?
No Site_######## working folders?
Check at the bottom left of the app for the Deleted sites section.
Also, check your Recycle Bin.
