COMPLAINT AND CLAIM: NICEPAGE DEVELOPERS DO NOT PROVIDE SUPPORT AND TROUBLESHOOTING.

3 weeks and 4 days ago, I have asked the developers to provide support for an incident in the template, which should not happen, they give me empty answers and without weight, to get out of the way, not providing help to its users, and to this day, does not answer the last claims. Where we have been notified again and again, that it is a support of utmost urgency, since it is not for a natural person, but for the governmental state of Colombia, it is an institutional entity. I make public this complaint, and the evidence is notified with the PQR ID457129.
Our question is, why pay for this type of premium service, if they do not know how to solve such a simple incident. Soon our plan will expire, and we are serious about not renewing this plan, as they are not complying with legal procedures, when selling and distributing licensed software to users.
