COMPLAINT AND CLAIM: NICEPAGE DEVELOPERS DO NOT PROVIDE SUPPORT AND TROUBLESHOOTING.

I've had similer problems submitted a link issue heard back that it was missing the folder repied back to them and now haven't heard back this was a week ago and nothing. Asked why the Joomla is on the buisness and wordpress is personal haven't been given an answer here either.

I had a friend that had problems with them telling him it was going to be one price $69 to use Joomla then to find out it had to be Buisness then and was told $129 these two prices are for the subscription, he was told that after the end of the year he could continue to use Which is also what I was told he was offered first discount of 40% for the second year. Then after he pointed out that was an offer that's automatic he was then offered a 25% discount there's a discount active out there for 30% by the way the lic is $149 for buisness which is 115% more then was quoted. Talk about no support. I'm starting to think this is not a good company to deal with.

Yes dear Eaglecaller, I have had many inconveniences with them, that I have tended not to make more claims, and try to solve it ourselves, but they have many shortcomings that in the end do not end up solving you, but ends up that your solutions on your part, it is a complex issue with Nicepage, but if they receive the full and expensive money, every year, forcing us to continue with them, as it has built several pages with their editor or builder, and take another builder different from theirs, is starting everything from 0, it is frustrating and disappointing this issue. Regarding the prices, very expensive, being a client of theirs, they should treat us with other more affordable and comfortable prices, and apart from that in the invoice they add a tax of almost 10% of the value of the plan, increasing the price dramatically. We are looking at the SP Page Builder Pro option, it has been recommended to me as a very good option, application and support.

Currently I have the PRO plan which is worth $199 dollars, they give me a discount to $119 dollars, a 40% discount, one as a customer should make a 70% discount, to encourage us to choose the ULTIMATE plan, which costs $249 dollars, very expensive. We are looking at the SP Page Builder Pro option, it has been recommended to me as a very good option, application and support.
