When I make a change on my active website using the NicePage Editor how do I export the updated site as a project file?
I would like to be able to keep my desktop files up to date with the site changes.

Hi,
Clarify please, are you making your site in Nicepage Desktop or Online? Do you want to synchronize the Projects in the Desktop and Online apps? If yes, you can only manually export your site as a Project from the app and import it to another app.
If you mean something else, please describe it to us with all the details and a few screenshots. Thank you.

I built the WordPress site theme using NicePage on my desktop and originally would make all of my edits on the desktop and then publish as a WordPress theme and replace/update the site theme and content.
However, this started clearing my blog posts so I begin making the updates in the website instead through the NicePage plugin.
This is why I am wondering if there is a way to publish or export from the website NicePage plugin instead?
Hello R.,
Thanks for using Nicepage!
When you change something in the Nicepage Plugin inside WordPress, and when you click the save or publish button, it will be published immediately.
You do not need at all every time upload your project inside Wordpress, You can work with Nicepage inside Wordpress, online.
Please let us know if you have any further questions.

I know that when I make changes using the plugin on my site that when I click update it publishes the update to the content. But how do I then get a copy of the updates I have made over the past year on my site synched to the project on my desktop app? I would like to have it as a back up in case I need to move my existing site to a new host or if I wanted to publish the theme in a different format.

You would need to export one block at a time and import them into the desktop.
That is what I was afraid it would be. Well if I am going to have to do that I might just redesign the whole site from scratch.

I understand your frustration. It would be helpful to have a way to sync plugin sites back to the desktop app, but unfortunately, that feature is not yet available.
If you decide to redesign your site from scratch, I recommend that you start by creating a new project in the desktop app. Once you have created a new project, you can import the blocks from your plugin site one at a time.
If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to ask.

I tried copy and pasting the blocks from my home page into the blank block of a new project, but there was no paste option.
I then tried to export a block from my site it generates a zip file. But when I import the zip file into the new project nothing happens?
Figured out that I had to perform the import by right clicking in the design space and not the the side bar.
