PHP 8.1.18
MySQLi 8.0.28-19
Nicepage 5.20.7

After the Upgrade to Joomla 5.0.0 the Website is working fine. Exept one thing: when want to save a page in the nicepage-editor, i get this error:
Failed to send request: "//export2.nicepage.io/export" HTTP status - 500. Error - Internal Server Error.

I upgraded 6 Websites to Joomla 5.0.0 and on all there ist this problem.

Hello Reinhard,

Thanks for contacting us!

The error message "Failed to send request: "//export2.nicepage.io/export" HTTP status - 500. Error - Internal Server Error." indicates that Nicepage is unable to communicate with its servers to export your page. This can be caused by a number of factors, such as a problem with your internet connection, a problem with the Nicepage servers, or a problem with the Nicepage plugin for Joomla.

Here are some things you can try to fix the error:

  1. Check your internet connection to make sure that you are able to
    connect to the Nicepage servers.
  2. Try restarting your computer.
  3. Try disabling and re-enabling the Nicepage plugin for Joomla.
  4. Try upgrading to the latest version of Nicepage.
  5. Try exporting your page using a different browser.

Please let us know the result.
Thank you.

Hello George!

Thank you for your answer. Here are the results:

  1. Internetconnection ist working fine - i can got to different websites and i can watch YouTube videos.
And i can edit and save pages in the nicepage-editor on Joomla 4.3 or 4.4 with this internetconnection.

  2. Restart the computer makes no difference. Even different computers in different locations get the same issue.
And i can edit and save pages in the nicepage-editor on Joomla 4.3 or 4.4 on these computers.

  3. Disabling and re-enabling the Nicepage plugin for Joomla made no difference.
Even uninstall and reinstall the plugin did not help.

  4. I am using the latest version available on your homepage.

  5. Google Chrome. Microsoft Edge and Apple Safari lead to the same error.

regards
Reinhard
