New install failed to read nicepage folder

Hello Peter,

Please let us know if you copied the project folders before the first application starts or after.
You need to close the application by clicking on the nicepage icon in the top left tab.
It looks like the application cannot connect to the main folder, please describe your actions step by step.

The files were automatically copied in the folder (via onderive sync)
I then installed the application.

Should I :
- delete nicepage
- change folder name of current nicepage folder fo folder2
- reinstall nicepage clean
- copy from folder2 to nicepage folder?

Now I see, that folders are copied automatically but this new application needs to create the project folder again as a new one.
You can try to - change folder name of the current nicepage folder to folder2, after restarting the application.
If this fails, reinstall the application.
You need to copy projects into the Nicepage folder only after not before the new application creates the folder by itself, to avoid such conflicts.

I have deleted nicepage folder from PC
Then uninstalled nicepage app
restarted computer
reinstalled nicepage

keep getting "loading..." and I'm unable to sign in

Please help...we can do teamviewer so you can follow

so when re-installing, the application does not create a new nicepage folder...
I also changed the onedrive settings, so the documents folder is not synchronised...but still no creation of new nicepage folder

Ok, can you work now with the application after reinstalling and changing with documents folder?
A New Nicepage folder will be created as soon as you add a new site with an application dashboard and the app should have access to the folder.

Hi,

Apparently even after un-install and re-install, the nicepage app creates a folder in the onedrive filder in documents...So does not point to the 'rea' documents folder on the machine.

When opening, I can see a popup flash...but impossible to read.

Afterwards, screen says loading... (I can see Premium, sign-in and question mark on top)
I cannot sign-in.....the link fleshes up on hoover, but does not proceed to sign-in...

But bizarre part is that by deafult nicepage creates the nicepage folder in the onedrive documents folder instead of real documents folder

Nicepage should create a new folder by default. You have added the same folder name(the previous one) and the application couldn't connect to it.
Now, can you create new projects with your app or not?
Please make a screen capture video of your application dashboard and how it starts.
