How can i change the background colour which you see behind the website? I've already changed the background color for all the pages.

Hello Julian,

Mobile browsers use theme color, according to the page source it is #478ac9, see attached screenshot.
The first color from the palette is an accent color and cannot be too dark or too light, you need to change it in your theme settings and republish your site.
