Content not showing and positions not showing in articles in Joomla

The problem seems to have resolved itself. Maybe it has to do with the server I was using that was upgraded. I don't know but right now there are no issues.

Anyone having this problem? Newer articles' content not showing and just showing sample text. Existing position widgets suddenly showing sample text instead of a vertical menu for example. I've been asking this question for a week but Nicepage doesn't seem to be able to answer me.

Anyone who can help besides Nicepage's support?
