Ask a Question

Hello people
I think Nicepage is quite good.
But I'm struggling with the different monitor settings.

Content width , Large 1400 , Desktop 1140, Latop 940
Can someone explain me these values please ?

I have a 28" monitor, it fits perfectly.
A 14" Noteebok with resolution 2560x1440
How can I understand this correctly, what do I have to do to achieve the right size at the different resolutions?

Thank you in advance.

Hello Tdi-tuning,

Thanks for contacting us.

The different monitor settings in Nicepage are used to control how your website is displayed on different devices.
Content width: This setting controls the width of the content area of your website.
The screen may be PC has 5000 but the content area is in the center and has a fixed size, in most cases.
For example, if you have a 28" monitor with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels, you should set the content width to a value of 1920 pixels or less. If you set the content width to a value of 2000 pixels, your website will be too wide for your monitor and the content will be clipped.

Also if you hover over the content area width's icons (Screenshot-1) you will see area details.

If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.

Sincerely,
George.

Good day, thank you for the answer.
It is clear to me that I have the different screens to choose from.
But this function can only be used on the desktop version. Online Editor I see the button, but no reaction when I press it.

Do I use the offline on the desktop varinate,
28" monitor resolution 1950x1080
14" Lappi 3850x2560

I now load a startup image, with the 14" monitor, it takes the height of the large monitor with 1200, instead of 650.
I can't find a clean way to show it correctly on different displays.
How do other users do it ?

Could you please describe this art in detail? A few screenshots should also be helpful.

Exactly what element takes this height? Could you please provide a link to the problem page?
