Full screen videos as background

Hello there,

I have been really enjoying nicepage recently and have just taken on some website jobs. I wanted to know before I buy the most expensive package whether there is a way to get the scrub bar out of the video. It only appears on mobile weirdly not on desktop.
But Its quite annoying and I'm hoping you guys can help. I know there is a setting to hide controls but I cannot see it on my screen?

Please check that the correct Background mode is chosen and that the "display player control" option is turned off.

Also, please provide a link to your video and a short video that demonstrates the issue on your phone (please specify the model of your phone as well).
