You can either extend the license with a discount to receive one more year of updates, hosting, and form submissions or use any other submission type (CMS-specific options, Send Email with a built-in PHP script, or use URL for custom script).

No, form email submissions as well as web hosting are included only for one year. You can use other than Email options which are not being processed by Nicepage.

The email option is only managed by Nicepage. If you do not want to use the Nicepage email option you can select URL submit or Mailchimp.
Sending emails with the "Send Email with PHP script" option requires the server where you upload the websites, to be configured to send emails with PHP sendmail function.
Sites published with Nicepage do not support sending emails with the PHP sendmail function.

We do not provide any site checkups besides issues related to Nicepage options You can share your site's URL for us to check in case you have any issues.

As what you confirm i try to use URL but when i am trying to click on that its asking i go in premium plane. so this is not free anymore. and i have to pay again? how i can solve this issue? can i create from my side contact form and php and add in my website or that also Nicepage its not allowing to do?

You need to press Switch to URL to add URL option instead of Email.

Sending emails with the "Send Email with PHP script" option requires the server where you upload the websites, to be configured to send emails with PHP sendmail function.
Sites published with Nicepage do not support sending emails with the PHP sendmail function.
