Which version of Nicepage license do you have? As far as I know, any of the downloadable versions of Nicepage (i.e. installed on your computer, vs. the online version of Nicepage) allows you to export your design as a WordPress theme, and there is a checkbox that allows you to include your website content while creating the export file.
