I want to make the first block of my sales page active, while the rest of the blocks remain hidden for a certain amount of time that I choose. My idea is to have a VSL video in the first block and in as many seconds as that video arrives, the rest of the blocks are unlocked for those who are visiting the page. How can I do that?

Unfortunately, such functionality is not available in Nicepage.
Here's one thing that you can do. Create a first page with your video, then set the modal pop up to appear after some specific time with the link to redirect to your actual targeted/sales page.
