The email used to connect is the same as the one used to log in to Nicepage, however, in research I discovered that this function does not work for HTML export, but rather for WordPress, Joomla or for sites published on the platform's domain (NicePage) , correct? Hello Ana,

Please add Email to the submit option, it looks like you have added it first and deleted it after, you have Leads and Google Sheets now according to your screenshot.
The email to receive form submissions should be the same as you have connected to Google Sheets.
Save the changes and republish the site to test the form.
