Could you please explain in more details what exactly you are trying to achieve? We do not create templates for Blogger.com. You can export the whole HTML theme and use it on your hosting.

I wanted to connect to blogger directly and transfer live. That not working, I did export the whole html, but I can't get the css and javascript files from nicepage to work on blogger.com.

We do not officially support Blogger.com so we cannot say if it could work fine. Maybe you can transfer the CSS and JS files manually.
