Unfortunately, by default from the editor, you can not do this. If you add JS code it may work but we can not provide JS code for this result.
One button have one function, it will be bad practice if button will have 2 functions for making. Better solutions, for this situation, will be one click and twice click, for example, if you touch one it shows else, if you tap twice fast, it will show else. This will work well, cause JS has this option.
