Client Licence and Theme installation

They can install the Nicepage Theme to their WordPress website, but they can't edit it. The Theme must be edited in the Nicepage app as a project.

Client licenses are available from the PRO premium and Ultimate premium plans.

I’m sorry can you walk me through? I read that I can install the theme on their website and then they can edit it completely, so I’m not sure how does this work? :)

Do you mean how to install the Nicepage theme? If so, from the WordPress dashboard (on your left side) >> Appearance >> Themes >> Add new >> select the export Theme from the Nicepage

Can you please specify what editing exactly you mean? Editing the Theme is possible in the project from the Nicepage app (Nicepage Desktop app or Online Builder).

Sorry, I think I was not clear enough, I can see that now!!

If I export Theme and Pages as a zip file and then do as follow:

Import Theme, Plugin, and Pages

Open the WordPress Administration.
Open Appearance -> Themes.
Click the Add New Theme button.
Click the Upload Theme button.
Browse the Theme ZIP exported from the Application and click the "Install Now" button.
Click Activate.
After the Activation, the Wizard starts.
Click the Install Plugin button to install the Nicepage Plugin in the Wizard dialog.
You may skip this step to install only the Theme.
Install the Nicepage Plugin.
Besides the Editor, your exported zip contains the Pages, Images, Sidebar, and Menu.
Click the Import Content button.
Click the Install Content button in the wizard dialog.

Then, can I edit it? If I pass the zip file to a client, can they install it on their CSM on their own or do they need my account credential??

Sorry for the confusion. After you export the theme, you need to install it on some website.Theoretically, one of your clients can do this as well, but we recommend you to do this. Because only after the theme and pages are installed, you can add client licenses for this website. Please refer to this page for more info on client licenses and let us know if any additional questions appear in process:
