Urgent! No access to my sites

Dear Nicepage Team,

I cannot access my sites. There's just an error message and when I click on OK, all pages are shown only as error (triangle sign with exclamation mark).

It's not the first time that this is happening. Why is it happening again so often and what can I do about it?

Thank you. I have access again. So I think it was a problem from Nicepage. Unfortunately I don't have screenshots. But next time (which hopefully will not happen). :)

Did you try clearing your browser history? Cache, Cookies, and Storage? What is the error message before you click OK?

Web app or desktop?
If desktop, do you have the Documents\Nicepage\Site_####### working folders?
In the desktop app preferences, is it pointing to the correct Documents\Nicepage folder?
Did you move any Documents folders?
