Hi Stefan,
If I do not include editing with the Nicepage plugin during export, is it allowed to sell those themes with one Premium Pro License not regarding, for how many buyers I would sell the theme?
You can resell the themes that do not include our community design templates and that also do not include the images from the Stock tab.
If I want the client to be able to edit the page with the plugin, I suppose I will have to buy the Ultimate license, what means, that I will have to register any buyer?
Yes, you will need to add each customer account as a client license. You can read more about the client licenses here:

And also with the Ultimate edition you have the possibility to use the white label option to see the editor without references to Nicepage:

Hi Hella, you are wrong about the fact that images from pixabay cannot be used as a demo purpose for reselling themes. When a theme is being sold it never includes licenses to use the stock image demos that have being used. Everyone in the theme business basically knows this rule. However, CC Licensed stock material may be used in redistributed projects.
So any image from pixabay is not for Nicepage or the support team of nicepage to judge.
In regards of what you say when using community designs it has never been allowed to copy a full design by default. But nicepage is in no position to judge whether or not particular blocks look similar or not to be used in redistributed platforms.
Ive known Oleg and his softwares for many years I also know a lot about the debates that went ongoing in regards of this topic.
Someone advised to use artisteer for own theme development ( Artisteer will 100% be denied by marketplaces such as envato marketplace ). Themler has no shot either, the code and work methods are simply to outdated.
Nicepage itself was also partially realized by using open sourced free content creators and several community designs in the nicepage editor are therefor also not originated by Nicepage.
when you try to enlighten people about certain matters please try to include some facts...
