Unfortunately, you can't upload the large files into the Nicepage.
What is the purpose of the file that you need to upload? Perhaps you can upload it on some cloud services or shared drives? As a workaround, you can upload the 37MBaudio.mp3 file (1KB) into the Nicepage project, export and upload it onto your hosting after that replace the file 37MBaudio.mp3 (1KB) with the one you need 37MBaudio.mp3 (37MB). It should work.
