I want to work with a web site originally created using Adobe MUSE.

I have all the files downloaded from the site.

Can I import them into Nice Page to work with them?

Only previously exported backup Project files can be imported.

Can i import my html file that is not from nicepage?

Hi Barrie,

No, there is no possibility to convert any site format into Nicepage.
