Hello Shabinass,

Thanks for using Nicepage!

  1. Check deleted sites. Nicepage allows you to delete sites that you no longer need. However, the deleted sites are not permanently deleted. They are moved to a separate folder called "Deleted Sites". To check the deleted sites, go to the Nicepage dashboard and click on the "Deleted Sites" tab. If you see the file in the deleted sites folder, you can restore it by clicking on the "Restore" button.

  2. Check Nicepage folder / backup. Nicepage also allows you to backup your projects. The backups are stored in a folder called "Nicepage". To check the Nicepage folder, open Finder and navigate to the folder named "Nicepage". If you see the file in the Nicepage folder, you can restore it by copying it to a different location.

  3. Check the Trash. The first place to look for a lost file is the Trash. If you accidentally deleted the file, it may still be there. To check the Trash, open Finder and click on the Trash icon in the sidebar. If the file is in the Trash, you can restore it by right-clicking on it and selecting "Restore."

  4. Use a data recovery tool. If you can't find the file in the deleted sites folder, the Nicepage folder, or the Trash, you can try using a data recovery tool. There are many data recovery tools available, both free and paid. (We can not assist in this, this is just a way, that we know)

  5. Use Time Machine. If you have Time Machine enabled, you can use it to restore the file from a previous backup. To do this, open Time Machine and select the file you want to restore. Then, click on the "Restore" button. (We can not assist in this, this is just a way, that we know)

Also please pay attention to making backup files regularly. Back up your files regularly. Don't wait until it's too late. Back up your files at least once a week, or even more often if you are working on important projects.

Sincerely,
George.
