Text logo in header can´t be linked

Hi Luis,

I do not understand the problem that you have. Do you want to add a Text control into the header and link it to some location? The Text control in the header has the same functionality as the Text control in any other block. Just highlight the text and then the link sign will appear.

That´s exactly what I mean... text in Header section is not working as normal text and it can´t be linked.

If you look at this screenshot, you´ll see that there is no "link to" options...

That is a Headline control and not a Text control.

Any text that I insert and then apply a Header1 (because this is how I want it to look like) can´t be linked as normal text.

I was not able to reproduce the issue. When I add a Text control inside the header and then change the text style to Heading1, then the link option is still there. Please attach your project and let me know what text you are trying to link.

One of the issues is that when you add a link to the header text, it takes on the hyperlink style, not the original Title style (or whatever is used). This messes up the styling.

See screenshots - in this case, the hyperlink style changes the weight of the font as well as the colour from black to dark green. They hyperlink style affects all styles when a hyperlink is added so no way to change this without affecting all hyperlinks.

Is there a way to have the title text as a link but to keep it in the original style?

Hi,

Use the Headline control from the Header and Menu group. That is the site title control that is automatically linked to your site homepage and also has its own styles.
