Hi.
My home computer is working just fine, but when i use another computer my online builder come up with an error and also the app doesn't work just keeps saying loading.

Vote to pay developers attention to this features or issue.

Hello Paul,

You should check with antivirus and firewall disabled, something is blocking Nicepage app and online builder.
Note to log out from your Online builder when you need to access it with another device.

Paul,

Is it a fresh installation? Please check if Nicepage project folder was not moved or deleted. What is the device you are trying to use with desctop application.
Let us know if you can open online builder too.
