Issues with login

I have looked at other threads here with login issues. Mine seems more fundamental.

  1. I start the nicepage desktop app on windows 10.
  2. I am asked to login (I could not embed or attach my screenshot) - but this is the basic login screen where you can sign up or login. I choose to login with a nice page account.
  3. You see a screen which says "The signup process should start in your browser automatically. If not,..."
  4. The process did not start automatically, so i click on "Google Chrome" where I get the message "Great! Authorization completed successfully. Return to Nicepage application."
  5. I return to the application but the prompt "The signup process should start in your browser automatically. If not,..." is still there. I cancel out after waiting for a few minutes and I am back to the login screen.

I signed up for a trail account 2 days ago. So pretty new here.

Vote to pay developers attention to this features or issue.

Hello,

Could you please try to disable all antiviruses, firewalls, and anything that could block Nicepage and let us does the issue still persists?

Thank you for the quick response. Corporate policies would not allow me to disable any antivirus - unfortunately.

Hello,

Please try to use the application and log in with your account with another internet connection as your corporate network might block the access.

Thank you. But I need this strictly for my work. I cannot access work related stuff from a personal account. So this is it?

Hello,

Are you able to sign in to nicepage.com with your corporate network now?
If not, press the Inspect element function to open the developer's tools on a login page and check the errors in the Console tab.
