How to Migrate Joomla3 to Joomla 4 with nicepage installed

Hello,

I have migrated a site from J3 to J4.

After finishing the migration, the backend crashes with reason Nicepage. So I have copied the nicepage Plugin for J4 manually and the backend worked again (Fully installed again J4 plugin after that).

So my question:
What is the right way to migrate to J4 with installed nicepage for J3?

Hi,

Since the Nicepage plugin for Joomla 3 is not compatible with Joomla 4 it should be disabled or uninstalled during migration. The same is related to other Joomla 3 components not compatible with Joomla 4.
