I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding my Lifetime Ultimate License, which is set to expired.

I would like to seek clarification and resolution this issu please.

I have been a loyal customer of your company for quite some time, and I have always appreciated the quality and functionality of your product. I believe this issue is simply a misunderstanding or oversight and look forward to a swift resolution.

Hi Payam,

Your license is active but the free updates period has expired. You can now still use the old version with all your premium options. The latest available versions can be downloaded from here:
https://nicepage.com/User/app/downloads

But actully with my licence i can't export en HTML i can't Export en WP and i can't download the templates from application and so.

We can see that you are using the Nicepage version 5.11 on your Mac.

Therefore, you need to download the correct Nicepage version from the following list below
