Hello Sebrayan,
If you can't see the project in your account, it's possible that it was deleted. You can check your trash folder to see if the project is there.
If the project is not in your trash folder, then it's likely that it was permanently deleted. In this case, you'll need to recreate the project from scratch.
Here are some tips to help you avoid losing your Nicepage projects in the future:
- Always make sure to export your projects regularly. This will create a backup copy of your project that you can restore if something goes wrong.
- Use a cloud storage service like Google Drive or Dropbox to store your Nicepage projects. This will make it easy to access your projects from any device.
- Keep track of your project files. Make sure you know where you saved your project files so that you can find them if you need to.
You can also use the desktop app, the desktop app have a backup, and also some folders where is saved deleted projects, and you can restore them. But if the PC works broke for some reason and you must re-install Windows, it also may be lost.
If you save on google drive, save your password for safe, and you can always and from anywhere access your project.

Sincerely,
George.
