You can use the backup features on your hosting panel to create a backup copy of your website.
As for the exporting sites from WordPress/Joomla to the Nicepage Desktop, once you upload your theme to WordPress, unfortunately, there is no backward compatibility with the desktop project. However, there is a workaround, and you can export blocks and import them into the Nicepage Desktop.
Please create a separate private topic if you need more help, as we might need temporary access and a project to understand issues in detail.
